B-Line Tire & Auto Supply (BC) is looking for one (1) Service Technician to perform the following duties: • Travel with a service vehicle to perform diagnosis, repair and operator training on CORGHI equipment at the customer's shop • Assist customer in remote areas over the phone • Complete the work orders and send them to the TSR (technical service representative at head office) for billing purposes. • Maintain and be accountable for parts inventory in the service vehicle • Make sure the company vehicle is always clean and regularly serviced • Maintain a high level of customer service Skills requirements/Experience: • Applicant must be proficient in and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience repairing, maintaining and training Corghi automotive equipment • 5 or more years of experience as electro-mechanic on wheel service equipment (Tire changer/Wheel balancer) • Experience with wheel alignment equipment, 3D wheel alignment • Personal computer maintenance and software installation skills related to wheel alignment • Experience with modern wheel balancers: EM9780, Eyelight • Experience with automotive lifting equipment
